Create Vision: How Unique clothing becomes UNIQLO! Dear Penfabricans, OMG. He is too old to change! Any person passes the age of 40 is not susceptible to change anymore. The mold has been set. The die is cast. Hold and behold, do not for a moment believe these unfounded statements. He is only making up excuses not to change in his personal capacity. Even metal is malleable. The hardest substance in the world, diamond can be cut and polished to be brilliant and shining. As such, our characters too can be transformed and changed at will. The only proviso is: Are we determined enough to do it? Once we make up our mind, we can move mountains. Have Vision. Vision is a powerful mean and the secret ingredient to transform ourselves personally or the way we want to get things done. Each one of us has visions on how each matter or issue should be looked at or tackled. We harbour different opinions as we come from differing backgrounds and varying experiences. Of course, many of us have rose-tinted glasses to prevent us from seeing the true colour of issues at hand. Notwithstanding the tinted glasses and those who are paranoid, all of us have our personal ways of creation by our own minds. These creation of vision changes with time and outlook but they are ideas formed and dissipated. Let us be very creative with our own visions. Set our mind's eyes free and be creative and unhindered. It is imperative that we always start with a vision. Do not jump head and toe into action without proper vision and intention. Set your vision. See it and you will be there. Be it. Will it and we will make it happen. We do not beget life. We have our very own lives. We create our own life as we create vision. We will ourselves to be there by our vision. We will. The best present-day example of being a visionary is Mr Tadashi Yanai, the President and CEO of Fast Retailing, the parent company of Uniqlo for which the fashion of this unique clothing have become not only the daily apparel of the young and old of Japan but all over the world. Even the well-to-dos are attracted to Yanai-san's clothing philosophy. His vision has been the talk of town, and talk of the fashion and clothing world. Uniqlo is the vision of one person, Tadashi Yanai san and by this, Uniqlo brand has propagated in the world to become a way of life. A brand to be reckoned with. TIME magazine with a cover date of May 13, 2013 immortalized Yanai-san in its cover story, "Can This Vest Save Japan?" Of course, this vest is produced by Toray, with Toray's proprietary materials, capable of shielding cold in ultra light weight, with downs, foldable and fit into a small bag. It sure is a utilitarian product: a must for the temperate countries during late Autumn, Winter and early Spring seasons. They come in numerous attractive and youthful colours. Kindly refer to the article attached herein for your reading pleasure and to learn how Yanai san has turned vision into the reality of fashion staple. Let Uniqlo boss T. Yanai-san's vision be an example to us on how far a vision can carry a person's dream into reality and turn him into the richest man in Japan. On the contrary, the performance of E&E sector in Japan has been lackluster for the lack of vision and courage. Dear Penfabricans, We too have our own Penfabric visions. Let us turn each one of them into reality and become the best textile company in the world. Yanai-san boleh. Penfabricans boleh juga. Vision with courage. Have a fabulous weekend to conjure our dreams into a vision. Making it happen is only a matter of course. Thank you With kind regards, HSTeh PENFABRIC
