Menu Packages include: Hall, Food menu. Set-up, service, clean-up. Tables, chairs, buffet,
chaffers, china, flatware, glassware. Standard linens featuring restaurant grade 85 X 85 cloth,
coordinating napkins & buffet linen in select colors. Mirror, hurricane glass, and candle
centerpieces. 1 banquet staff person for every 75 guests.
