The professional gelato display case with front glass at 90 degrees, only one metre
deep.
Just like all the IFI “new generation” display cases, SAM80 comes with HCS closure
system (HCS, an IFI innovation) and the exclusive RDF system which cleverly activates
defrosts, calculating time of the effective opening on the operator’s side:
 The complete closure reduces the number of defrosts. The gelato is better in terms
of organoleptic characteristics and appearance.
 The HCS System enhances energy savings, lengthens the compressor’s lifetime.
Gelato always keeps a flawless look.
 The HCS System enhances hygiene. It does not collect dirt that ends up on the
gelato in the form of condensation or drops directly onto it.
 As well as displaying gelato, when the panel is closed HCS display cases can be
used as chiller cabinets.
Moreover, maintenance is simplified thanks to condensing unit filter that can be
extracted from the operator’s side(there is no need to remove the entire back lower
panel).
