As a land with the honor history for motorcycle industry, the motorcycle industry in
Taiwan has seen robust development, and the platform provided by the "Taiwan
International Motorcycle Industry Show" has been displaying the Taiwan’s customization
advantages together with products from overseas exhibitors. Motorcycle Taiwan 2016
achieved significant outcomes with 163 exhibitors as a growth of 14%, and the number
of booths 351 also reached a remarkable increase 24% compared to last year.
The 2017 show will go on to be organized with a new vision to show the motorcycle
invention and energy by "innovative refitting and customization" and "internationally
renowned supply chains for heavy duty motorcycle components", moreover, the Custom
Bike Mega Contest will be bigger than its scale in 2016.
Motorcycle Taiwan 2017 will be held currently with the EV Taiwan, a dual show which
will create a cross-industry synergy effect and provide more options for potential buyers.
We estimate that about 30,000 people will visit the exhibition for a chance to get up close
and appreciate the impressive.
Our promise on Marketing & Publicity Campaign for Motorcycle Taiwan 2017 is as
followings:
TAITRA's 60 overseas offices to invite international buyers: invite heavy-weight
buyers with additionally provided subsidies to facilitate their visit.
Placing advertisements on foreign trade media and magazines: Target markets
include Europe, United States, Southeast Asia, Colombia and Japan.
Comprehensive domestic and international marketing: Communications in Chinese,
English and Japanese will be on marketing channels including the exhibition
websites, promotional flyers, pre-show e-newsletters, Show Preview, Google,
YouTube, Facebook, etc. In addition, advertisements will be placed in domestic
newspapers, magazines, radio shows and media e-newsletters, as well as outdoor
advertisements such as MRT lightbox ads and lamppost banners.
Organizing pre-show press conferences and the Innovation Awards Ceremony: To
be conducted before the shows as a preview of show highlights and to provide
media exposure for awarding innovative product winners.

1. Book now to gain the following:
(1) Location selection is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Book early to get your
preferred location.
(2) Your company name and website will be listed on the show website once we
receive your application.
(3) Global marketing e-Newsletters (in English, Japanese, and Mandarin) will be
distributed starting October. Book now to receive maximum exposure.
2. To order basic furniture package (optional, US$200 per booth) please check
the “Shell Scheme” box on the application form. Basic facilities includes:
partition walls, carpet, 3 spotlights, 3 folding chairs, 1 information counter, 1
round table, 1 company name fascia, 3 shelves, 1 socket(500V/5A) and 1
waste basket.
3. The location of booth(s) cannot be designated by the applicant on the

application form, and it will be decided according to the final result of booth
allocation.
4. Each booth (both “Raw Space” and “Shell Scheme”) includes 500 watts (110V)
electrical power supply per day.
5. Extra booth facilities are available on a rental basis from the official contractor.
6. A "Regular" booth is not facing a main aisle.
7. Should the applicant predominantly favor one particular venue over the other,
please contact the show manager for booth availability before transferring
down payment.
8. Banking handling fee (US$30) is included in the booth rental fee.
 PARTICIPATION INFORMATION:
1. All manufacturers, distributors, traders, and organizations dealing in items on
the Exhibit Profile are eligible to apply for participation.
2. Space allocation priorities are based on:
(1) Number of booth(s) required
(2) Date of application / down payment
(3) Years of attendance (2013-2016)
3. The organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to
determine the number and location of booth(s) for each exhibitor. If booths are
fully booked before the submission of application, the application will be placed
on the waiting list.
4. No retail on site.
5. Minors under 12 years of age are not admitted to showground.
6. The organizer does not act as a sponsor for exhibitor entry visa applications.

 PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
1. After the application is confirmed, TAITRA will notify applicants of their down
payment (US$500 per booth).
2. Down payment or full payment must be made before space allocation.
Assigned location and balance due will be confirmed after space allocation. An
official Exhibitor’s Manual, which contains show regulations, detailed
information and procedures concerning electricity, rental of facilities and official
forwarding agents for handling shipment, will also be delivered to each
exhibitor.
3. All payment should be made by telegraphic transfer (T/T). Pease inform us

4. In case of cancellation or exhibitor's personal difficulties ( ie: failure to obtain
entry visa to Taiwan, illness, travel, or shipping problems), down payment or
booth balance already paid cannot be refunded, transferred to other shows or
participants, or credited to later MOTORCYCLE TAIWAN events.
