These are: 1. Agility 4. Power 2. Balance 5. Reaction time 3. Coordination 6. Speed Skill-related fitness 6 Agility Agility is the ability to change direction quickly and still keep control of your whole body. Skill-related fitness 7 Balance Balance is the ability to keep your body stable whether still, moving or in a different shape by keeping the centre of gravity over the base. Skill-related fitness 8 Coordination Coordination is the ability to use two or more parts of your body at the same time. Skill-related fitness 9 Power Power is the ability to apply a combination of strength and speed in an action. Skill-related fitness 10 Reaction time Reaction time is the time it takes to respond to a stimulus. Skill-related fitness 11 Speed Speed is the fastest rate at which you can complete a task or cover a distance.
