“PROFICIENT.”
To check your progress, OPEN A SEPARATE KHANACADEMY.COM WINDOW, CLICK ON
YOUR NAME, AND THEN CLICK ON SKILL PROGRESS. Check to make sure that the status
of the exercises that you completed are proficient or review. (bright blue or light orange):
***** If an exercise is too hard for you, skip it and go to another one and come back to it later. You may also
watch a video to teach yourself how to do the problem (this will NOT affect your score). HOWEVER, if you press
hint, it WILL make your score, and it will take longer for you to get proficient in this. *****
This MUST be completed over the summer and is due BEFORE school starts in the fall. This assignment is worth a
test grade.
PLEASE DO NOT CHEAT! I will be assuming that you are proficient in all these topics before coming to
Chemistry.
We will review a few of these topics for the first 2-3 days of school and then you will have a TEST on these topics.
Chemistry involves a lot of math, especially algebra. So it is crucial that you understand all of these exercises. I only
picked the ones that are directly related to Chemistry.
This worksheet will be posted on the Guerin Website over break.
Have a great summer!
