The percentages are based on 100 percent of the grain content. All grain except millet is certified by Demeter. All other ingredients are Demeter certified, from partner companies or at
least from controlled organic farming, preferably regional. We bake with natural Atlantic sea salt from Portugal. Our breads contain between 0.31 g and 1.36 g of salt per 100 g of bread.
We use only spring water from our own well. For our yeast dough we use Bio-molasses yeast from Agrano. Roasted and then ground bread improves aroma, freshness and durability.
The following are used for roasted and then ground bread: mountain rye bread, Brodowiner, spelt rye bread, tri-grain bread, whole-grain bread, pumpkin seed bread, Lichtkorn rye bread,
rye bread, rye-sunflower bread, sunflower bread. We use organic baking ingredients based on organic vegetable oil for our baking machines and baking tins. = for the purpose of preservation, these varieties contain cooked rye * = controlled organic cultivation product, as far as the grain can be obtained from partner

Allergenic ingredients are printed in bold. All our breads contain gluten. Milk and milk products, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, celery, celery and sesame are processed in our
