We bake with natural Atlantic sea salt from Portugal. Our breads contain between 0.31 g and 1.36 g of salt per 100 g of bread. We use only spring water from our own well. For our yeast dough we use Bio-molasses yeast from Agrano. Roasted and then ground bread improves aroma, freshness and durability. The following are used for roasted and then ground bread: mountain rye bread, Brodowiner, spelt rye bread, tri-grain bread, whole-grain bread, pumpkin seed bread, Lichtkorn rye bread, rye bread, rye-sunflower bread, sunflower bread.
