3 100 yards to the outside of any boundary streets listed herein. The SAFETY ZONES include
4 both sides of the streets listed above, as well as any alley, blocks, driveways, parking lots, and
5 businesses located thereon. (See Exhibit A, lodged herewith)
6 a. No Association With Known Gang Member: Standing, sitting, walking,
7 driving, gathering or appearing, anywhere in public view or any place accessible to the public,
8 with any named Defendant herein or any known member ofthe OLD TOWN NATIONAL
9 CITY GANG, also known as OTNC criminal street gang;
10 b. No Intimidation: Confronting, intimidating, annoying, harassing, threatening,
11 challenging, provoking, assaulting, or battering any person known to be a witness to or victim of
the OLD TOWN
12 crime, or any person known to have complained about the gang activities of
13 NATIONAL CITY GANG also known as OTNC criminal street gang;
14 c. Stay Away From Drugs In Public: (1) Participating in the sellng, possessing or
15 using of any controlled substance, or ilegal drug, including, but not limited to: phencyclidine
16 (PCP), heroin, cocaine, cocaine base, methamphetamine, ecstasy and marijuana; (2) possession
17 of related drug paraphernalia, including, but not limited to, rolling papers, pipes, or other
18 devices used for injecting, smoking or ingesting ilegal drugs; (3) knowingly remaining in the
19 presence or anyone sellng, possessing, or using any controlled substance or ilegal drug; or (4)
20 being under the influence of a controlled substance, or ilegal drug;
21 d. Stay Away From Alcohol In Public: Anywhere in public view or anyplace
22 accessible to the public, (1) drinking or possessing an open container of an alcoholic beverage,
23 (2) being under the influence of alcohol; (3) knowingly remaining in the presence of anyone
24 possessing an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public; (4) knowingly remaining in the
25 presence of an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public;
26 e. No Guns or Dangerous Weapons: Anywhere in public view or anyplace
27 accessible to the public, (1) possessing any weapons: firearms, including BB guns, pellet guns
28 and replica guns, ammunition, knives, baseball bats without a legitimate purpose, or ilegal
29 weapon as defined in Penal Code section 12020, (2) knowingly remaining in the presence of
