Finland RYE Eurotour 2017
4. -18.6.2017
Starts 4.6.2017 from Helsinki.
The return flight is from Berlin to Helsinki on the 18.6.2017.
The price for the tour is 1850 Euros.
You can pay it in two parts. The first part, 1000 Euros, before 15.3.2017 and the second part 850 Euros
before 15.4.2017.

How to register for the Eurotour:
Print and fill in items 1-3 (see below!) and send them to Anneli Mustakallio before 15.2.2017
by mail (address Pauhankatu 13, 92100 Raahe) :
1. Information sheet http://www.rye.fi/tours
Answer the questions carefully, especially allergies. We order all the meals in advance and it is impossible
to change them on the tour.
2. A copy of your passport and insurance card.
3. A Recommendation sheet from your host club http://www.rye.fi/tours
4. A permission for the tour from your own parents in your home country.
They should send it to [email protected] per e-mail before 15.2.2017. This is very
important because there have been political unrest in Central Europe during this and last year. I ask you to
discuss with your parents if they allow you to make the Eurotour.
For your safety we will avoid the big cities and have changed the route. We begin in Helsinki to Estonia,
then Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Austria, Czeck Republic and Germany. Come and enjoy the other part of
Europe.
You will receive closer information of the tour, when the details are ready. More information can be found
on the website www.rye.fi. The whole program will be on our website in May.

The date 15.2. is binding and if you want to cancel you have to pay for it:
until 31.3. 250 euros
until 30.4. 50% for the price
from 1.5. 100% for the price, because the bookings for the Tour have been done.
This can be the trip “once in the lifetime” for you. So be fast!
