POLICY: 7.08 / PERSONAL APPEARANCE
We want our Banker’s appearance to reflect an appropriate, conservative business image to
customers and Co-Bankers. Your attire, grooming and personal cleanliness standards all
contribute to that image and may even affect the morale of your co-Bankers.
Our job as Bankers is to give our customers confidence that we can handle their financial affairs
with expert efficiency and competence. Your personal appearance should tell them that you are
an individual who displays stability, common sense, impeccable character, and excellent
judgment.
During business hours or whenever representing, you are expected to present a clean, neat,
tasteful and professional appearance. You should arrive at work ready and always dress and
groom yourself according to the requirements of your position and accepted Bank standards.
