…these are the kind of words that are used to describe the Monateng holiday experience and it’s
no surprise that Monateng was again awarded Gold Crown status at this year’s RCI Oscas and that
guests describe getting a “special coming-home feeling” when arriving at Monateng.
Resort Refurbishment
We are extremely excited about the enhanced experience our shareholders and guests are
enjoying and will be enjoying to an even greater degree as the refurbishment continues.
We are proud to report that the Monateng welcome experience has been enhanced by the
addition of a new welcome board at the main entrance as well as a stunning new fish pond with
a water feature at the reception area. The tone is set as guests are welcomed on arrival by our
friendly reception staff and offered a sherry, juice or cocktail.
Proceeding from the main gate and reception area, guests will be pleasantly surprised to see that
all the roads at the lodge and between the chalets have been paved.
Additional public ladies and gents ablutions, with a baby changing station, have been built in close
proximity to the swimming pool as an added convenience for our valued guests.

Important Notices
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our shareholders for their ongoing loyalty and
support. We trust that you are as proud of your very special holiday investment as we are.
Checking in procedures: In the interest of safety,
security and ensuring that only confirmed guests are
allowed access to the resort, you will be required to
produce both the reservation confirmation / guest
certificate and your ID, and also to complete the
indemnity form when checking into the resort.
