Let us come into God’s presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise with songs of praise. UMW Prayer Buddies: As part of the Year of Prayer Initiative, United Methodist Women will be praying for Christ Church’s leadership and staff members throughout 2017. It has been said that praying for a church is like filling a balloon with helium, the more it is filled, the more it will soar. We’re excited to see our church soar, benefiting from the encouragement and intercessory prayer from this group of dedicated women. Breakfast for the Soul: The Explorers Sunday School class will be providing a free, hot breakfast to community children and their families on Sunday morning. During and after breakfast, the children will participate in Sunday School activities and the adult family members can either join an adult Sunday School class or stay in fellowship hall for a brief time of devotions and prayer. We would like to invite all church members to come and join us for breakfast and to visit with our guests at 8:45. Hope to see you all there!
