T-WRAP
Various packer sizes and sealing bladders
The popular and proven TOP HAT system now with a new sealing bladder that
allows the application of hats with a 45 cm long shaft.
TOP HAT control/
sealing device
The accompanying hats made of
an exclusive glass/felt combination have a special static function
- shorter shaft lengths and hats
made exclusively of felt material
are, of course, also available.
The controller enables quick and
easy work through controlled inflation and vacuuming of the twochamber system. During curing,
the pressure is continuously controlled.
T-WRAP, a special hat made of
glass/felt material, also equipped
with a 45 cm long shaft, with the
special feature that the hat rim is
not round but rectangular and big
enough that it sticks in the upper
semi-circle of the pipe and thus additionally stabilises this area by up
to 180°.
With slight modification (new sealing
bladder with 50 cm shaft length),
the current TOP HAT packers can be
employed from DN 200 for the new
hats and T-WRAP.
The TOP HAT packer range has been
extended and now seamlessly covers the area from DN 100 – DN 600.
Thanks to the sealing bladder which
can be replaced in seconds, these
packers can be used for the sealing
of hats and also for applying short
liners.
Easy
TOP HAT
Easy PUR as a three-component silicate resin version for maximum flexibility on the building site or Easy
PUR 2K as a two component resin in
three versions with fixed mixing ratios and pot lives have proved very
successful.
When favouring an epoxy resin, Easy
POX 1504 has made a name for itself through high strength values and
a long pot life despite a relatively
short curing time.
These reaction resins allows the user
a high degree of variability under almost any building site conditions.
