Network Security (includes: strict policies, threat/risk analysis, connectivity standards) Fob (Secure Sign On) Technical Security (includes: authentication, authorization, encryption, audit logs, firewall, intrusion detection, anti-virus) Administrative Security (includes: Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), Audit of User access, training, user ID registration, confidentiality agreements) The most remarkable feature about twentyfirst century medicine is that we hold it together with nineteenth century paperwork.
