Greetings from 6NE,
What a fantastic first quarter. New Club growth, Lion and Leo membership on the rise and
Clubs are helping each other.
How is this possible? We stop using the four letter F word.
No longer when you visit a club will hear the f-bomb. It's was everywhere! You heard it all the
time! I honestly don't understand what the appeal is of the word. I mean, you don't sound
smart when you say it. And it's really not expressing how you really feel.
And of course, you know I'm talking about the word "fine".
Years ago when you asked a Club president "How is your Club doing?", “How’s your
membership?” They would respond "Oh, It’s fine." Really?! I don't think so.
But see, here's the deal with saying that you're fine: It's actually genius. Because if you say fine,
you don't have to do anything about it.
But when you think about this word "fine", is a flimsy and feeble word! Tell the truth!
We've convinced ourselves that we are fine, not able to grow in membership. We've convinced
ourselves that we are fine, not able find leaders to fill 2VDG slots. This is why we’ve not pushed
ourselves.
Club Presidents are now telling the truth. If they are having problems with membership growth,
they are saying so. If they are having problems with leadership, they are saying so.
Because of this new leadership trainings are being created to have high-performing clubs and
members finding their “why’ in Lionism.
Because of this 6NE is not just good or functional, but GREAT and GROWING.
And because of this we will have a fantastic second quarter.
