CLASS 7TH
ENGLISH :
1. Read and do the exercises of following chapters from Literature Reader. Do
the work on separate notebook.
a. Tigers forever
b. The magic bonbons
c. The seven cream jugs
d. A song from the suds
e. Idgah
f. Mowgli, the wolf child
2. Learn the following poems:
a. Where the mind is without fear ( pg.86 English text )
b. I wandered lonely as a cloud (Daffodils) by William Wordsworth
3. Learn what has been taught in class and also learn the exercises of
chapters given from the Literature Book. Learn the given poems. You can
get poem by Wordsworth from net.
URDU:
1. Lesson nos. 4 ,5, and 7. Do the book work summary of poetry and questions
answers.
2. Write any ‘Ghazal ‘ of any poet and identify ‘Radeef ‘ and ‘Qafiya’
3. Grammar:
a. FAEL, FAAYIL AND MAFOOL- definition and identification in sentences
b. Rules of ‘letter’ and ‘application’, then according to same rules write the
following letter and application
1. Letter- Apne bhai ko khat lilkhiye jis main ousse imtihaan main
kaamyab hone par mubarbaad ho
2. Application- Excursion jaane ki liye darkhuwast.
3. Rules of essay writing then follow the same rules for the following
essays:
a. Taalib –e- ilm ke farayiz
b. Khellon ke ahmiyat
c. Learn and do exercises written /practice of content done in the
class .
d. Underline and do practice of the difficult words from the lesson
up to U-2 ( at least 15 words from each lesson)
MATHS :
1. Revise chapters 1 and 3 ie. Integers and Rational Numbers for Unit I test.
And do chapter 13 ie. Congruence of Triangles on separate file of papers
(basic, figures and exercises)
SCIENCE:
1. Make a project file on different types of plant and animal fiber.
2. Up to atomic number 20 learn names of elements, symbols and atomic
number.
3. Learn lesson nos. 1 and 6.
SOCIAL STUDIES:
1. HISTORY;
A. The Delhi Sultanate- Arrange the following in accordance with their
timeline and prepare reports on them. [ 1. Razia Sultan, Qutab –ud –din
Aibak, Mubarak Shah, Iltulmish, Muhammad –bin- Tuglaq, Ala-ud-din
Khilji, Ghiyas- ud-din Tuglaq]
2. CIVICS:
A. Read the chapter – Functions of state Governments.
3. GEOGRAPHY:
A. Project work- Take the pictures of different type of forests with the help
of internet and make an album of those.
Learn and revise Unit I lessons.
HINDI
1. Revise U1 for the test
2. Read lesson 5, 6, and 7.
3. Underline difficult words and do exercises of these lessons with pencil.
4. Do one page writing on daily basis.
5. Write essays on following topics:
a. Basath shrathu
b. Mera jivan ka lakshay
c. Pradhushan
d. Annushashan
ART:
1. Draw five landscapes on your own sketch book.
2. Design three posters on below given topics.
a. Importance of wild life
b. Save nature for better future
c. One of your own daily necessity
PUNJABI
1. Read and learn all the lessons up to term I
2. Write one page daily on the separate note book.
3. Read, underline write and learn difficult words ( 15 each )and do the
exercises of each lessons taught.
COMPUTER :
1. Do the thorough reading of chapters.
2. Internet application and cyber safety.
3. Do the exercise part of the same file on papers.
4. Write about different e- applications
5. Make a chart about different social networking sites. Write advantages and
disadvantages of social networking sites on the same.
