Supplies
In this class we will learn how to mix harmonious colors in watercolor and/or acrylic and how to
avoid mixing “mud.” We will work with limited palettes and find out that one does not need a lot
of different tubes of paint to create vibrant compositions. For those who wish to work in acrylic:
I will be working in watercolor on paper, please feel free to work on paper or other substrates of
your choice. The emphasis will be on transparent painting so using white paint will be your
choice but I will not be using it with watercolor.
