The new developed reinforced basalt fiber profiled rebar has a
high corrosion resistance combined with outstanding material
qualities. An additional advantage is the nearly equal thermal
expansion coefficient of Basalt Rebar and the surrounding matrix
which reduces the tension caused be temperature changes.
