Thank You! - The Whale of a Sale Committee would like to give a
‘whale’ of a thank you to the EDS community for a very successful
spring sale! There are many people to thank, beginning with all of
those who donated items. Thanks to the Young family for the use of
their trailer, and the Middle School for their help in emptying the
goods. We had a small but stalwart team of sorters and pricers: Jeremy Britton, Amjed Ali, Kathy Garhart, Leigh Monschein-Dorsey, Tara
Stonestreet, Rose Surma, Kathy Kisak, Penny Rybka, Emma and Jonah
Britton, Zac and Noah Ali, Marcus Diniaco, Dan, Ben, and John Wolford...and everyone else we may not have mentioned, with our apologies and sincere thanks!

Green Team Tip of the Week— Plant a deciduous (leafy) tree that loses its leaves in fall on the
south side of your home. Its shade will cool your house in the summer. After the tree’s leaves fall, sunlight
will help warm your house in winter. Trees help clean the air we breathe. They produce oxygen and reduce
carbon dioxide.
