Transferable skills are in high demand from employers. Many employers are willing to train people to do the
technical skills on the job if the employee has a good attitude. Make sure the skills that you highlight are
desirable for the career you are seeking. For example, being imaginative in an artistic career would be a
benefit, but being imaginative in a production job might be a liability.
Personal or Attitudinal Skills
