WHEREAS, title to the property is vested in the State

Resources; and

is as follows:
From the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Northwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 22 South, Range
31 East, Orange County, Florida, run North 89 degrees
48 minutes 15 seconds East 30.78 along the North
boundary of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 to
a point on the East right-of-way line of Dean Road as
now laid out and exists; thence run South 01 degrees
44 minutes 44 seconds East 341.65 feet along said East
right-of-way line for the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
continue South 01 degrees 44 minutes 44 seconds East
208.35 feet along said East right-of-way line to a
point on the South boundary of that certain parcel of
land described and recorded in Official Records Book
3067, Page 1963, Public Records of Orange County,
Florida; thence run North 89 degrees 48 minutes 15
seconds East 20.01 feet along said South boundary to a
point on a line parallel with and 20.00 feet East of,
when measured at right angle to, the aforesaid East
right-of-way line of Dean Road; thence run North 01
degrees 44 minutes 44 seconds West 208.89 feet alona
said parallel line; thence run South 88 degrees 15
minutes 16 seconds West 20.00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Containinq: 4,172 square feet, more or less.
Subject To: Easements.

seconds East 20.00 feet to a point on a line parallel
with and 20.00 feet East of, when measured at right
angles to, the aforesaid East right-of-way line of Dean
Road;

seconds West 141.11 feet along said parallel line to a
point on the aforesaid South boundary;
