Artwork Charges: The one-time Flat Stamp Die Development charge will be based
upon receipt and review of black and white camera-ready artwork. The dimensions
of the hot stamp message on the box are approximately 2.5" x 2.5" maximum on the
upper left-hand corner of the box. Minor enlargement or reduction costs are included
in die charges. Die development charges apply to single-color design, produced from
one flat stamp die. Additional die development and per-box charges will be charged
for multiple color designs and/or designs requiring multiple plates and embossing.
New designs, please allow 7 weeks lead time from approval of camera-ready
artwork. Please allow 5 weeks for re-orders on existing die.
Camera-Ready Art: Artwork must be submitted in a commonly accepted graphic
application such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or QuarkXpress. Adobe PDF
files originating from these programs are preferred. Scanned or photocopied logos
may not be used in place of camera-ready artwork (business cards and letterhead
are NOT considered acceptable artwork). If you are unable to provide artwork in one
of the formats listed above, we can recreate your logo for an additional charge of
$60.00 per every half hour (with your approval).

Shipping Information: Free shipping with minimum order of 150 sleeves. Must be
delivered within the United States (Alaska and Hawaii included) to one address with
normal lead time of 5–7 business days. During warm-weather periods (May through
September), a warm-weather service charge will be applied to all orders and free

• All boxes must contain candy and be shipped on a specific date.
• Minimum order: 150 boxes PACKED WITH PRODUCT
a) For immediate delivery, or
b) A written agreement to take delivery of packed boxes within 12
months; or
• If above written agreement is not met, a “storage fee” of $2.00 per
box will be billed or See’s will dispose of all unused boxes.
• Allow 7 weeks from approval of artwork for new orders and 5 weeks for
re-orders.
• A one-time die charge of $175.00 will be assessed for a single-color
printing stamp. Refer to Artwork Charges for specifics.
• See’s Candies cannot be displayed or sold in any retail or wholesale
outlet, business or store.
• Product offering, availability, prices and shipping subject to change at
any time without notice.
• See’s cannot accept the return or exchange of any unused or unsold candy.
• See’s reserves the right to make corrections if an error in print occurs.

Candy Storage
Candy should be stored off the ground in a cool (60–72° F), dry area. This area should be protected from insects and pests,
cleaning materials or anything having a strong, offensive odor. Candy should not be held for more than three weeks.
DO NOT REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE.
