Front-Roller
Our greatest product group is Rolls - which we are producing in sizes from small 2.60
m lift-mounted and up to our flagship HE-VA King-Roller with 20.3 m working width.
The average size is approx. 7.0 m. The HE-VA Tip-Roller (4.5 - 10.2 m) is for many
customers "the Rolls-Royce" on the roller market. Up until today we have sold more
than 20,000 units.

For years we have been making the Mega-Dan with two rows of tines - to meet the
market demand, we are now busy producing a full range of depth cultivators with 3
and 4 rows of tines - from 3.0 m and up to 5.0 m.

Years ago we started making a series of Grass-Rollers which are special rollers for
grassland maintenance and establishment. Grass-Tiller is developed specially for soil
loosening in grassland without making any "disorder" in the soil surface.

2,000 units in the field worldwide. We produce a wide range from 2.5 m and up to

For many years Doublet-Record (taken over by HE-VA in 2002) was one of the main
suppliers of different drill combinations - mainly lift-mounted. Today we have a new
range of foldable models up to 6 m.

For deeper cultivation we offer a wide range of implements which can be used separately
or in combination with other machines. Combi-Disc is a solid combination of a Sub-Soiler
and a Disc-Roller, where the depth can be adjusted infinitely be means of a parallelogram.

In 2005 we started our wide range of sub-soilers
from 2.5 m/2 legs and up to 5.0 m/ 9 legs. Up until
today we have sold more than 1,000 units. The
main part of the machines is sold to be used for
"Till-Seeding" of Rape.
