Ticket Selection Instructions:
1. Indicate how many tickets per game. Minimum of 10 per game, and maximum of 50 per game.
2. Rank them in order of importance

Preference will be given to each organization’s first order in an attempt to fairly distribute tickets. Fulfillment of requests is not
guaranteed. In the event a request cannot be satisfied, the person listed above will be contacted. Tickets will be mailed by the
York Revolution.

Free Lawn Ticket Order Form
Instructions:
1. Each non-profit organization is eligible to receive a total of 100 tickets per season with a
maximum of 50 tickets per game. 10 ticket minimum for each date selected.
2. Indicate how many tickets your organization would like to receive for each date and rank them in
order of importance. As dates fill quickly, it is helpful for each
organization to select a series of alternate dates in the event that we are unable to
accommodate your top choices.
3. As the Free Ticket Program is a service to the community, please only request an amount of
tickets that your organization will use to allow for more organizations to take advantage of the
Program.
4. Submit completed forms (including verification of your organization’s non-profit
designation from the IRS) and scan to Bob Gibson at [email protected], or mail:

5. The York Revolution will contact your organization with any issues that they run into when
attempting to fulfill your request.
6. Your organization will be contacted when your tickets are available for pickup at the York
Revolution Ticket Office.
