Two different ways to prep:
1. Make each recipe from start to finish by completing Parts 1 and 2 before moving onto the
next recipe.
2. Complete Part 1 for all recipes first, so all meat is in labeled bags. Then, complete Part 2 for
all recipes.
Attending a Freezer Meal Workshop?
Complete Part 1 for all recipes. Bring those with you to the workshop where you’ll complete Part 2.

Label a quart freezer bag
“Beef, Cheese & Spinach
Penne – Step 1.”
Place 1 pound lean
ground beef in bag.
Part 2
Add to bag (with beef) and combine:
• 1 tablespoon Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning
Label a quart freezer bag “Beef, Cheese & Spinach Penne –
Step 2.” Add to bag and combine:
• 1 (15 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
• 1-2 tablespoons Mama Mia™ Marinara Sauce Mix
Label a gallon freezer bag “Beef, Cheese & Spinach Penne.”
Securely tape recipe to bag. Place both bags inside. Seal
well and freeze.
Make a note to reserve 2 tablespoons Spinach & Herb
Seasoning for serving.

Label a gallon freezer

Cut 1½ pounds boneless
skinless chicken breasts,
into 6 pieces.
Pound chicken to ¼–inch
thick. Salt and pepper as
desired. Place in bag.
Add to bag (with chicken) and combine:
• 2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Infused Oil
• 2 tablespoons Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
• 1 teaspoon Garlic Garlic Seasoning

• 1 red bell pepper, cubed
• 3 cups chopped broccoli
• 1 tablespoon Garlic Garlic Seasoning
Label a gallon bag “Chicken & Herb Pasta Skillet.” Securely
tape recipe to bag. Place both bags inside. Seal well and
freeze.

extra-lean ground beef in
the bag.

• ½ cup plain panko bread crumbs
• 1 large egg, beaten

Add to bag (with ground turkey) and combine:
• ½ cup plain panko bread crumbs
• ¼ cup Garden Guacamole Starter
Place 1½ pounds lean
ground turkey in bag.
• 1 large egg, beaten

• Salt and pepper as desired
Prepare 12 ounces
spaghetti according to
package directions. Rinse
with cold water and toss
with 1 tablespoon oil.
Add to bag.
• 1 teaspoon Garlic Garlic Seasoning
Cut 1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella cheese block into 20-24
chunks.
Lay out a sheet of aluminum foil. Form about 2 tablespoons
turkey mixture around each cheese cube, creating 20-24
meatballs.
Place meatballs back in step 1 bag between layers of wax
paper. Seal well and freeze.
