Club Plus Superannuation Scheme is a complying superannuation fund and a resident regulated superannuation fund
within the meaning of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 and the Trustee of the fund has not received a
written notice directing the Trustee not to accept any contributions made to the fund by an employer-sponsor.
The Trustee has never been subject to a direction by the Regulator under section 63 of the SIS Act and can continue to
receive superannuation contributions from employers and members.
The Trustee will advise each employer-sponsor if Club Plus Super ceases or becomes subject to a direction under Section
63 SIS Act and can no longer accept contributions.

Club Plus Super is eligible to be nominated as a default fund as it meets the minimum statutory death insurance
requirements for choice of fund, and is authorised to offer a MySuper product.
How employers make contributions to Club Plus Superannuation Scheme
Club Plus Super is able to accept ongoing superannuation contributions (for all members except Club Plus Pension
members) from employers who register online for EmployerAccess at www.clubplussuper.com.au. Alternatively, the
employer can register and request a contribution return by calling 1800 210 098. Once the employer has access they are
able to provide employee contribution details and make payments via direct debit or BPay®. Employers can also pay by
cheque along with the contribution return.
