March 9, 2016
Dear Customer:
Every day, PECO is driving innovation and advancing smart energy to provide safe, reliable,
affordable and clean energy and energy services for our customers. As part of our work, we
will be upgrading and installing new equipment to enhance the local electric distribution
system in your area and continue to ensure safe, reliable service for you and your
neighbors.
About the Project
 More than $7 million will be invested to benefit about 11,000 customers in Radnor,
Tredyffrin and Upper Merion townships and Bridgeport Borough.
 We will upgrade and install new equipment, including 29,000 feet of new aerial wire,
construct 600 feet of new underground conduit and build a new manhole.
 Enhanced tree trimming and vegetation removal will be completed, and new poles
will be installed.
 Work will occur on Brower, Church, Croton, Eagle, Fletcher, King of Prussia, Radnor,
South Gulph, Upper Gulph and Woodland roads, and North Wayne Avenue.
 Construction began in March 2016 and is expected to complete by the end of
October 2016.
Crews may need to temporarily interrupt service to complete some of this work. We will work
with local residents to ensure they are informed in advance of our activities and any planned
outages. In addition, much of this work will be completed on area sidewalks and in
roadways. We will work closely with local officials to minimize the impact on traffic and
pedestrians as much as possible.
We are dedicated to keeping you informed about our work, listening to your input and
modifying plans based on the feedback received when possible. If you have any questions
