Chapter 551 owns 3 grills for use for our fly-ins and other events. All three are well beyond what should be
their useful life and are in poor condition. If anyone is looking for a use for their old one please contact Mark
Phillips 763 516 2510. I will pick up your used grill and bring it to the chapter hanger. We are in dire need of
at least one grill before the June 6 fly-in. Please ask friends or neighbors if you notice they are trying to get rid

I am a retired pilot and wanted to let your flying club know about a new aviation app I have developed. You
can search for it in the Apple App store or Google Play by searching for “Airport Courtesy Cars.” Please search
from a phone, not tablet, however it can be loaded on an iPad if you change the search settings to phone
apps. It lists over 1375 crew and courtesy cars nationwide, and is growing every day.
It has been reviewed by AvWeb, AOPA Pilot Magazine, Feb. issue, G.A. News in both print and email
newsletter version, and is listed on EAA website. The app is totally free and to date has been downloaded by
over 6100 pilots. If I missed a listing, please let me know. I accept ads from FBO’s and aviation related
businesses that really make their location stand out. If you know of any that may be interested, please let
them or me know. I hope your club enjoys the app. Please let me know if you have any questions.
