Nova Lisboa), Performing Arts (Maryland University, USA) and Orchestral Conducting (Royal School of Music, London). Between 2008 and 2011, he studied conducting in Jan Cober’s class in Italy and was awarded the Diploma Superiore & Avanzado in Conducting (ISEB, Italy). In 2013, he was awarded the Diploma of Performance Specialization in Orchestral Conducting from the Universidade de Aveiro where he continues work toward his PhD. Additionally, Since 2014 Luis studies with the world renowned conductor and pedagogue maestro Colin Metters (emeritus professor of conducting and founder of the Conductor’s Course at the Royal Academy of Music in London) which whom he also works as assistant conductor. Luis is currently completing a Master Degree in Music Education at Universidade do Minho. Roberto Fiore started his career in 2005, he had different degrees in music and audio technology. He studied composition and he graduated in conducting at the Conservatory "O. Respighi" and at the Conservatory of Music "Santa Cecilia" in Rome. He trained and specialized in various fields of composition and conducting. He attended the International Masters of Film Music at the National School of Cinema Italian with Maestro Louis Bacalov. In 2008 he made début as conductor with his work for orchestra and video "FAUST" with Orchestra Sabina at the Royal Palace in Monterotondo (Rome). In 2009 he was invited with a scholarship by Maestro A. Krieger and M° A. Russo in Buenos Aires to train in conducting and to perform his pieces in Latin America. MASTERCLASS FEES In recent years Luis Clemente assisted maestro Jan Cober (European Youth Wind Orchestra), Ernest Schelle (DeCa Orchestra), and Arthur Arnold (Pacific Philarmonic). Luis Clemente develops an intense activity both as conductor, investigator and pedagogue and is considerer as one of the most irreverente and talented conductors ot the portuguese musical scene. Since 2008, Luis has appeared as a professional conductor in Portugal, Spain, England, France, Switzerland, Croatia, Italy, Romania, Canada and USA. Luis was awarded the Caja Rural de España foundation prize in 2008. In 2010 he was a finalist in the Concours internationel de Chef’s D’Orchestre in Dijon (France) In 2012 Luis was awarded 1st prize in the International Conducting Competition at Budapest. In 2013, he was a finalist for the Black Sea International Conducting Competition in Romania. The following years he was awarded the scholarship for Artistic Merit by Rotary Club of Powell River (Canada) and the prize for Artistic Excellence of Rotary Club of Covilha (Portugal). Additionally, Luis was assistant condutor at the Pacific Region International Music Festival (Canada, BC). Since 2008 Luis is principal conductor at the National Youth Wind Orchestra (Portugal). From 2010 to 2015 Luis was Principal Conductor of the City of Covilha Symphonic Wind Orchestra, a group that achieved the highest musical and artistic level of the orchestra's history. Since 2015 Luis his the principal conductor at the Atlantic Coast Orchestra and also at the Atlantic Coast International Youth Orchestra. As a teacher, Luis has taught at prestigious institutions in Portugal, Spain. In 2016 Luis was invited to present a lecture on Conducting at Oxford University (England). Since 2014, Luis has served on the judging panel of the Atlantic Coast International Conducting Competition together with Enrique Garcia Asencio, Colin Metters, Mark Stringer and Kenneth Kiesler. In 2017 Luis started a collaboration as guest conducting teacher and conductor at the Oxford Conducting Institute (England) and at the West Texas A&M University (USA). His most recent projects includes the International Conducting Academy (Portugal), where Luis Clemente teaches orchestral conducting together with his mentor, Colin Metters. From 2012 to 2014 he was Assistant Conductor of M°Massimiliano Caldi: Principal Conductor of the Baltic Philharmonic “F. Chopin” in Gdansk following more than 30 different productions around orchestras, theatres and philarmonics of Poland. He started his work as teacher in 2008, he held masterclasses and course around the world and he collaborate with Institut of Italian Culture in Argentina, Uruguay and Poland. As Reseacher he published in 2015 and 2016 diferente unreleased scores with the famous Casa Musicale Sonzogno of Milan, these works for orchestra where played by the Orchestra Giuseppe Verdi of Milano. From 2016 he collaborates as professor and guest conductor with various Chinese institutions like the University of Guizhou in Guiyang and Meldi Institute in Chongqing. From 2015 is the head of the faculty of Orchestration and Musical Analysis for Conducting at the Atlantic Coast Academy of Porto in Portugal. As Composer in the last two years he collaborate as invited composer for "Academia Belgica" to premiere his ballet for chamber orchestra and three dancers "Chiquillantu, The Daughter of the Sun" inspired on the Inca Legend on the Inca Musical Culture. In Italy at the beginning of 2017 he was invited from Symphonic Orchestra of Milano G.Verdi to compose and conduct an opera for children with the title of "Camillo, a Musical Tale on the Fantasy".
