Membership year will run from the date of joining for twelve
calendar months ie a joining date of 1st January 2015 will carry
an expiry date of 31st December 2015.
Membership cards can only be used and presented by the member.
All purchases must be made with a verifiable signature and further
photographic ID may be required for age verification purposes.
If your card is lost or stolen, please report it to us directly in order
that we can de-activate your card. The card remains the property
of Arundel Brewery and must be returned upon request.
Membership fees are to be paid in full on application and can be
paid by cash, cheque or credit card (we do not accept American
Express). No percentage or other discount promotions may be used
to purchase Arundel Brewery Beer Club membership, unless the
contrary is expressly stated in writing by Arundel Brewery.
Arundel Brewery reserve the right to increase or reduce the cost
of membership and/or introduce different categories of membership
and/or to remove or add benefits or choices of gift and/or alter the
membership year dates. Any such changes shall be at Arundel
Brewery’s absolute discretion.
Membership is renewable for:
a) The standard membership fee in the event that the Arundel
Brewery’s then currently offered standard membership gifts are
taken by the member for the renewed membership year, or
b) £10 less than the standard membership fee in the event that
such gifts are untaken by the member for the renewed year.
We may terminate this agreement and revoke or limit any or all
of the rights and privileges granted to you at any time without notice
or liability. Termination may result in the event that we become
aware of a fraudulent or unauthorised use of the Arundel Brewery
Beer Club Membership Card. In the event of our terminating this
agreement without cause we will, at our discretion, refund or issue
a Brewery Shop credit equal to the balance of the shop list price
of any untaken membership benefits (excluding the value of the
10% discount on Arundel Brewery ales and bottled beers available
direct from the brewery).
Arundel Brewery’s rights and responsibilities under this
agreement are fully transferrable. The membership benefits are
personal to the member and are not transferrable.
Our Data Protection and privacy policy are available on
request direct from the brewery.
Arundel Brewery is incorporated and registered in England
and Wales with company number 02765832 and with its registered
office at Chart House, 2 Effingham Road, Reigate, Surrey RH2 7JN.
These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with
the laws of England & Wales and any disputes shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with the law of England and any
disputes will be decided upon only by the English courts.
