Tournament Logistics
1. Saturday pool play will lead to Sunday seeding:
•
Each team is placed into a group. You will be seeded within your group for Sunday
seeding. This will ensure that your team will be playing 4 different teams before
you see the same team twice. Please refer to Sunday brackets for information on
how seeding will work.
2. 12u/14u teams: The top 2 seeds in each group will be placed in the Gold bracket. Those
seeded 3 and 4 will be placed in the Silver Bracket. Trophies will be presented to the
Champions and Finalists in each bracket. Only champions and runner ups in the Gold
bracket will qualify for PONY Nationals.
3. 10U teams will play in one bracket on Sunday.
4. Tournament Facilities. We will utilize 4 different fields during the course of the weekend:
•
•
•
14U will use Black Rock Park in Collegeville.
12U will be split between Limerick Township Community Park/Manderach Park
and Central Perk Youth Association fields. On Sunday, all 12U games will be held
at Limerick/Manderach Park.
10U games will be played at Anderson Farm Park.
All locations are on our Xtreme website. Simply click on the park name and the address
will pop up. This will allow each of your parents to put it into their GPS for directions. A
separate email will go out this week outlining the different nuances for each park.
5. Home plate umpire will report all scores into the appointed tournament personnel.
6. Before your team leaves your last game Saturday, it is your responsibility to go to the
tournament registration table at your respective site to make sure your scores are correct.
Any scores not submitted will result in the Tournament Director filling in one for your game.
