GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Lucks Edible Transfer Sheets are high quality sheets that do not contain cocoa butter. The sheets are used to
transfer designs onto milk, dark, white and coating chocolates as well as fondant or gum paste.

supervision of the Kashruth Division of the Orthodox Union and are certified kosher pareve when
bearing the OU symbol.
GENETIC MODIFICATION STATEMENT:
• Products produced under the Edible Image decoration brand have been manufactured using
ingredients that are free from genetic modification. All ingredients have either supplier certification or
have been tested by GENETIC ID of Fairfield, Iowa, to ensure they are not genetically modified.

ALLERGEN STATEMENT:
• The following ingredients are not used in this facility and will not come into contact with the products
being produced – Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Fish, Shell-fish (crustaceans), Peanuts, and/or Tree Nuts,
Mollusks, Sulfites, and Mustard Seeds.
• Soy lecithin is used in the facility and is labeled on the product that contains the ingredient.
• Edible Image® decorations are gluten free.
SHELF LIFE:
• Edible Transfer Sheets are shelf stable. The shelf life of the product will be a minimum of 5 years
when stored at the recommended storage conditions listed above. Product that is stored outside of
the recommended conditions will not jeopardize the quality as long as the product remains dry.
Product that is stored outside of the recommended conditions may have a reduced shelf life.
