and additional practice room space for the UW-Marathon County music department.

Co-Principal Investigator on a $28,190 UW-System Curricular Redesign Grant from
the Learning Technology Development Council and the Office of Learning and
Information Technology: “The Use of Technology to Track Student Progress in Music
Study.” One of three participants in a multi-campus study that developed, tested, and
implemented a pilot electronic portfolio program for tracking learning outcomes through
students’ first two years of music study.

Grant Writer and Administrator for a $10,735 UW-System Classroom and Laboratory
Modernization Grant. This grant equipped the UW-Marathon County music department
with new video, audio and computer technology, including internet access and portable
distance education capability. The grant also provided for acoustical and facilities
remodeling.
