COURSE DESCRIPTION
Owned by Mountain Creek Church, the trails built on this beautiful property through a working
partnership with DORBA, has become the “crown‐jewel” of mountain biking in Dallas. Many have
described them as the finest single‐track built in Texas. The racecourse at BCWT is located up and
down Prayer Mountain, boasting the highest elevation in the city of Dallas; the course winds through
cedar and hardwood forests and descends quickly into a valley, which consists mostly of mesquite
trees and cactus. Trails range in difficulty from beginner to advanced.
BCWT also has advanced Downhill, Jumping and Trials areas.
THESE AREAS ARE DANGEROUS AND ARE DESIGNED FOR EXPERT RIDERS ONLY.

Donations to Mountain Creek Church accepted and encouraged.
FOOD:
Mountain Creek Church will be offering food, including breakfast, all day Saturday to raise money for
the Church Youth Groups.
LODGING:
Overnight camping is available at Cedar Hill State Park, which is located 3 miles from the Church @ 1570 Farm to Market
Road 1382, Cedar Hill, Texas, 75104 (972) 291‐3900.

USAC Annual License required for Pro and Cat 1 racers.
Cat 2/Cat 3 racers may race with a 1‐day $5 charge.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
FROM I‐35E: Take I‐20W to the Mountain Creek Parkway exit and turn left. Turn left at Eagle
Ford Drive (2mi). The Church entrance is in ¼ mile on the right, Prayer Mountain Lane. The
trailhead is up the hill, past the Church at the end of the paved road in the gravel parking lot.
FROM I‐35W: Take I‐20E to the Mountain Creek Parkway exit and then turn right. Then
continue as above.

The Mad Duck Dash racecourse may hold unexpected trail features and should be ridden with
caution. Riders assume all responsibility for their own safety.

Church, absolutely NO ALCOHOL, NO FIREARMS; AND NO UNACCEPTABLE LANGUAGE will be
