Our offices are conveniently located in downtown Seattle at 601 Union Street (“Two Union Square”) in Seattle, Washington,
between Sixth and Seventh Avenues on Union Street, as shown on the map below.
There are two entrances to our parking garage. One entrance is at the intersection of Sixth and University and the other entrance
at Seventh and Union. Please see below for instructions.
If you are coming westbound on I-90:
• From I-90 West, merge onto I-5 North
• Take the Madison Street exit, which is the second exit
• At the end of the offramp, make a left onto Madison Street
• At the next block, make a right onto Sixth Avenue
• After proceeding three blocks, you will reach the intersection of Sixth and University. Stay in the second-to-right hand lane.
Using the first photo on the next page as a guide, turn right onto the farthest left-hand lane marked with the green arrow
(you’ll see a “One Union Square” sign), which will lead you to the garage entrance. DO NOT TURN INTO THE LANES
MARKED “FREEWAY ENTRANCE.”
• Follow the signs to the Two Union Square Garage (entrance will be on your left). Please note that FREE valet parking is
available for your convenience. Bring your parking stub to the office for validation. We are located in Two Union Square

If you are coming northbound on I-5 from south of Seattle:
• From I-5 North, take the Seneca Street Exit
• At the offramp, make a right onto Sixth Avenue and proceed to the second-to-right hand lane
• After one block, you will reach the intersection of Sixth and University. Stay in the second-to-right hand lane. Using the first
photo on the next page as a guide, turn right onto the farthest left-hand lane marked with the green arrow (you’ll see a
“One Union Square” sign), which will lead you to the garage entrance. DO NOT TURN INTO THE LANES MARKED “FREEWAY
ENTRANCE.”

If you are coming southbound on I-5 from north of Seattle (including from SR520):
• From I-5 South, take the Union Street Exit and stay in the left hand lane
• You will immediately approach the intersection of Seventh and Union. Make a left at Seventh Avenue, which will lead you
to the underground parking entrance, as indicated by the green arrow below.
• Follow the signs to the Two Union Square Garage. Please note that FREE valet parking is available for your convenience.
