DIPLOMA IN PASTRY & BAKING (DPB-07-15S, DPB-10-15S, DPB-04-16S, DPB-07-16I, DPB-10-16I, DPB01-17I, DPB-04-17I)
We noted that your cohort is due for graduation in the last quarter of 2017. To facilitate your successful
graduation at the end of this year, kindly ensure that the following is fulfilled by the respective stipulated
deadlines:
1)
Please complete the online Graduation 2017 Graduand Particulars Update Form* at www.shatec.sg within
one week from receipt of this letter.
2)
Your Industrial Attachment logbook must be duly endorsed by the hotel/establishment and submitted to
Chef Zavier Lee (Assistant Manager, Culinary Studies) by date stipulated on first page of Industrial
Attachment logbook issued. If you have difficulties meeting this deadline, please contact Chef Zavier at
[email protected].
3)
All necessary referral examinations are to be taken and passed no later than September 2017. If you are
required to sign up for any referral examination, kindly email your request to the Resource Planning &
Assessment department at [email protected].
4)
Please complete all outstanding makeups (if any) no later than September 2017. For enquiries on number
of makeups outstanding, kindly contact Chef Zavier at [email protected].
5)
All outstanding fees are to be settled by 8 September 2017. For payment enquiries, please contact Finance
department at [email protected].
*Please note that submission of this form DOES NOT constitute confirmation of your eligibility to
graduate. Graduands who are deemed to have fulfilled all graduation requirements will receive the
official letter of invitation by end October 2017 with instructions on the following,
