BANKSIA
Law and Order Fairy Tale Unit
In the fairy tale criminal justice system, the characters from fairy tales and nursery rhymes are
represented by two separate yet equally ridiculous groups: the fairy tale police who
investigate fairy tale crime, and the fairy tale district attorneys who prosecute the fairy tale
offenders. These are their stories.

MELALEUCA
Rapunzel – Uncut
Melaleuca’s House Play for 2015 is called Rapunzel Uncut. The one-act play highlights the
classical story of Rapunzel with a twist! From the Wicked Witch who is not so wicked, to
Prince Charming who is all but charming, Rapunzel Uncut tells the story of a mother who
loooooves chicken and a spoilt singer with one sour attitude! But, If that doesn’t seem wild
enough… wait until you see the narrators of the story!

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
The Production team would like to recognise the diligent work of all members of cast and crew, who pulled
together to create such a fantastic show. This appreciation is also extended to Ms Hammond, without
whom the enjoyment, balance, and productivity of this experience would not have been possible.
Additionally, we thank the Creative Arts staff, especially Mrs Gravel, who gave constant support, assistance
and encouragement, enabling the production to be of such a high standard. We acknowledge the
collaboration of so many individuals to form a House to be reckoned with and congratulate every girl on
her efforts.
KARRAGAROO
It’s Not You, It’s Me
Exploring the painful art of breaking-up through comedic, awkwardly realistic characters,
the play exposes the uncomfortable truth behind the lie that is, ‘It’s not you, it’s me.’
