MINISTRY TO THE SICK & HOMEBOUND
Call the parish office to make arrangements to administer this
sacrament for one who is sick or homebound or in the hospital.
The Parish Priests visit the sick & homebound and administer
the Holy Eucharist, the Sacrament of Reconciliation and the
sacrament of the sick on the First Friday of the month.
Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist bring Holy Communion to the sick and homebound on weekends.

MATRIMONIO
Call the parish office and make an appointment with one of the
parish priests for the required preparations and to set the wedding date. Ordinarily preparations will take at least six months.
QUINCEAÑERAS
Call one of the parish priests to make an appointment to set the
quinceañera date. The quinceañera is expected to have received
all three Sacraments of initiation. Baptism, Holy Communion
and Confirmation. The family is expected to be registered and
worship in the parish. Preparations will take at least six months.

FIXING GOD’S HOUSE
‘You are my beloved Son, in you I am well pleased.’
With these words from the very start of his public ministry,
Jesus received affirmation from his Father.
One of the deepest needs of a human heart is the need to be
appreciated and validated. Every human being wants to be
valued.
We all need someone who will help us unfold. We need
someone, who will support, enable, and ennoble us to be
ourselves. We need someone who will stand by us, who understands us, someone who can see the hidden self and its
potentials in us that are perhaps afraid to come out into the
open.
We seek a person who will help us articulate and bring out
the very best from within us. We appreciate when someone
can coach us to employ that very God given goodness in us,
awakening in us a desire to bloom and flourish.
At our Baptism God chose, called out from many peoples,
and sent God parents for us, to grow with us in wisdom and
awe of God. Even though they are only human and far from
being perfect, and fragile like you and me, they bear testimony of the tender love and care they share with our parents here on earth. They look at us and ponder on the smiling face of God.
At our Baptism we became adopted children of the Father
and we received the all-powerful gift of the Holy Spirit. This
Holy Spirit inspires us, guides us to unfold, bloom and grow,
to bring His love, His compassion, and His tender loving care
to our brothers and sisters. Thus we become more and more
pleasing in the sight of our Heavenly Father.

Celebrate the Present and Embrace the Future!
Please do not forget our commitment to maintain
this legacy with integrity and loving devotion, so
that we can hand it (the Church of All Souls) down
with utmost joy and pride to our younger generation.
The ‘on-going Campaign for “FIXING GOD’S HOUSE” on the
repairs and maintenance continues. Thank you for your support
and generosity. The next upcoming work is “Fixing the Exterior
Steel doors” of our Church. The estimated cost is $ 40,000.00.

As of today, we have received a total of $ 405,751.60. As per the
last financial report we spent $ 395,086.07.
ARCHBISHOP’S ANNUAL APPEAL of 2012
Each year our Archbishop requests our help to support
him to operate the central Archdiocesan offices in order
to coordinate and administrate resources for various parishes in the Archdiocese. The cost of this endeavor is distributed among parishes in our three counties of San
Mateo, San Francisco and Marin. Our share of the cost
this new year is $ 50,900.00.
As of date we have received $ 41,721.17 in cash, checks
& credit cards, $ 4,495.00 in the form of pledges
amounting to a total of $ 46,216.17 which is 90.80% of
our goal. The Balance we owe is $ 4,683.83.
We thank all who have generously contributed in the past
and urge you, to please join in our efforts to help reach
our goal this year.

ARREGLANDO LA CASA DE DIOS
Reflexiones del Párroco:
'Tú eres mi Hijo, el predilecto, en ti me complazco'.
Con estas palabras desde el comienzo de su ministerio público, Jesús recibió afirmación de Su Padre.
Una de las más profundas necesidades del corazón
humano es la necesidad de ser apreciado y dado
validez. Todo ser humano quiere ser valorado.
Todos necesitamos a alguien que nos ayudará a abrirnos. Necesitamos a alguien quien nos, apoye, habilite y ennoblezca para
ser nosotros mismos. Necesitamos a alguien que nos ayude, nos
comprenda, alguien que pueda ver lo oculto de nosotros mismos
y sus posibilidades en nosotros que tal vez tienen miedo salir a
la luz.
Buscamos a una persona que nos ayude a articular y sacar lo
mejor de dentro de nosotros mismos. Apreciamos cuando alguien puede entrenarnos para emplear esa bondad dada por
Dios en nosotros, despertando en nosotros un deseo de florecer
y prosperar.
En nuestro bautismo Dios eligió, gritó de muchos pueblos y envió Padrinos para nosotros, para crecer con nosotros en sabiduría y asombro de Dios. Aunque sólo son humanos y lejos de ser
perfectos y frágiles como usted y yo, dan testimonio del tierno
amor y cuidado que comparten con nuestros padres aquí en la
tierra. Ellos nos miran y meditan en la sonriente cara de Dios.
En nuestro Bautismo nos convertimos en hijos adoptivos del
Padre y recibimos el Todopoderoso Don del Espíritu Santo. Este
Espíritu Santo nos inspira, nos guía para abrirnos, florecer y
crecer, para llevar Su amor, Su compasión y Su tierno cariñoso
cuidado a nuestros hermanos y hermanas. Así nos convertimos
más y mas agradables a la vista de nuestro Padre Celestial.
JUNTA PARA LOS PADRINOS
Los jóvenes de nuestra Parroquia en la clase de Confirmación
del 2013 y clase de Primera Comunión del 2013, ya deben
de haber solicitado a algunos de ustedes que los apadrinen
para la próxima recepción de los Sacramentos.
Padrinos son elegidos para ser compañeros por el camino
de la Fe. Como compañero, un padrino afirma la conciencia y la perspicacia de este Sacramento y manera de vivir
Católica.
Los Confirmandi de Clase 2013 y de Primera Comunión de
Clase 2013, sus Padres y Padrinos son esperados atender estas juntas en el Salón Parroquial a las 7pm.

Sponsors are chosen to be companions along the way of
Faith. As a companion, a sponsor affirms the awareness
and insights of this Sacrament and Catholic way of living.

Cada año nuestro Arzobispo pide nuestra ayuda para apoyarlo

Arquidiócesis. El costo de este esfuerzo se distribuye entre parroquias en nuestros tres condados de San Mateo, San Francisco y Marin. Nuestra participación en el costo de este año es de $

Hasta la fecha hemos recibido $ 41,721.17 en efectivo, cheques,
y tarjetas de crédito, y $ 4,495.00 en la forma de promesas que
