June is chock full of gymnastics events that are all part of the Road to Rio! The Secret U.S. Classic/Men’s P&G Gymnastics Championships, USA Gymnastics Championships (TNT and Rhythmic) and Men’s Olympic Trials/Women’s
P&G Gymnastics Championships

This is a huge month for social media, public relations and reaching out to local news sources (Here is a great article
on how to write a press release: http://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/press-release-template-ht)

Now is the time to really do a final facility check in preparation for the Olympic bump. Pay special attention to ways
to get gym’s stations and rotations more efficient and to ensure that equipment is spaced at safe distances and that
there are sufficient walkways as well as emergency egress.

Plan an email campaign push for enrollment in classes for just before the Olympics begin—encourage everyone to
get their spots before all of the newbies sign up for class!

Plan August Olympic themed events to attract new and returning customers.

If you change your schedule for the school year, publish that schedule.
·
Order Back to School merchandise and décor.
