Application Fee
Each vendor is to pay a $25 non-refundable application fee. If cooping with another
vendor, each vendor must submit separate applications and $25 application fees.
Market Days are every Saturday, from May 6, 2017 to October 28, 2017.

A prorated fee is also available for partial market season vendors:

$15 per day x number of market days = total

o Three tents (10’x30’) $35 per day x number of market days = total

Payment Schedule
When submitting your application, please include the following:
1. One check for the $25 non-refundable application fee.
2. A second check for at least one third of the cost of the market season.
3. If you are a daily vendor please send a second check for your first market day fee.
Receive a Prepay Discount of 10 percent by paying the entire season’s fees when you
apply.
If paying in installments, a payment is due on May 6, 2017, for at least one third of the
remaining cost of the market season. The balance of your market season fees are due
no later than Saturday, July 3, 2017. Anyone not accepted into the market will have their
stall rental check returned to them.
All payments must be made by credit/debit card or by check or money order made out
to: Raytown Farmers’ Market
Farm Inspection
All grower/producer vendors of Raytown Farmers’ Market are required to submit to an
on-farm inspection. The Raytown Farmers’ Market Manager will schedule the inspection
after the vendor has been accepted to the market.
Remittance
Mail completed forms and two checks to Raytown Farmers’ Market, C/O Raytown Main
Street Association, 6222 Raytown Trafficway, Box 254, Raytown, MO 64133
