The Skating Union of Belarus has the honour of inviting your team to participate in the
Evo Cup-Minsk Cup 2016 in Short Track Speed Skating
Organizer:

Place:
Speed Skating Stadium, Pobeditelej Avenue 111, Minsk 220020
Track:
Artificial refrigerated indoor ice surface of 60 x 30 meters. The track is 111.12
meters to the lap with measured curves of 8.00 meters.
Ring Boards:
The pads, 40 cm x 200cm x 120cm are covering the boards in accordance with
ISU Rule.
Regulations:
The competition will be conducted under the ISU Short Track Speed
Skating Regulations.
Participation:
Any skater is allowed to participate.

The organizer has the right to change the programme if there will be any unforeseen
circumstances
Equipment:
Only equipment, which are is accordance with the ISU rules, can be
used in the competitions. The compulsory rounding of the corners of
the blades will be controlled.
Entries:
Preliminary Entries must be submitted at the latest by: October 7th, 2016
Final Entry must be submitted at latest by: October 14th, 2016 to the
Skating Union of Belarus, E-mail: [email protected] with the copy to
[email protected]

Awards:
EUR 15 - p.p. / competition
The first three-placed competitors of the individual competition in the overall ranking
will receive medals accordingly.

The skaters of the first three-placed relay teams of each category will be awarded
with medals respectively.

Medical:
Lodging:
Medical staff with ambulance will be present on the competition days.
Please note that the participating teams are responsible for the organization and
cost of their accommodation. However, Organization Committee would
like to offer accommodation that will cost EUR - 30p.p./day ( Accommodation
with three meals per day will cost EUR – 25p.p./day and shuttle from hotel to
Speed Skating Stadium and back will cost EUR -5p.p. for all competition days).
Organization Committee can make hotel reservation on request received not
later than 07/10/2016
Participating teams have right to choose any other accommodation at will.
Liability:
The organizer will not accept any liability for athletes, officials or
accompanying Persons
