Banana and raisin muffins Ingredients (makes 6 muffins) 50g butter 110g plain flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 50g brown sugar 75g raisins 1 egg 1 tablespoon of clear honey 1 bananas 6 Muffin cases Method 1.) Weigh flour add the baking powder and butter then rub together in large bowl. 2.) Weigh sugar and raisins and add to mixture. 3.) Add egg and mix with a folk, then wash your hands. 4.) Measure and add the honey, stir it all up with a spoon. 5.) Peel and mash bananas in the small bowl. 6.) Add to mixture and stir. 7.) Fill cake tins with paper cases and spoon in mixture. 8.) Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. ( Please note this recipe contains Wheat, Gluten and Eggs )
