mc The Marble Collection, Inc. Charitable Sponsorship Guide The Marble Collection, Inc. [TMC] IS AN EDUCATIONAL NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION that sparks the arts, ignites creativity and brightens the futures of Massachusetts teens by publishing the only statewide print and online magazine of the arts showcasing teens’ originial artwork and writing. It has been demonstrated that art, in all its forms, contributes to youth development. Yet budget cuts and an emphasis on standardized testing mean that fewer teens in Massachusetts have access to the arts. In the current academic year, TMC will collaborate with 200 schools and community groups to publish and mentor 100 teens. Your Sponsorship “My experience with The Marble Collection was amazing. To be published in a real magazine solidified my faith in myself and my photography.” Our teen artists and writers tell us that our programs help them discover their passions, build their confidence and life skills, and find inspiration to pursue their art beyond high school. Both teachers who educate future workers and the employers who hire them agree that creativity is increasingly important in U.S. workplaces. Your charitable sponsorship helps TMC reach more teens at underserved schools throughout the state and ensures that we can offer our programs at absolutely no cost to schools and teens. Your charitable sponsorship is 100% tax deductible. tmc The Marble Collection, Inc.
