MARINE SCENES
Local Students’ Art Featured in 2010 Marine Calendar
Artwork created by three
local students has been chosen for the 2010 marine calendar published by the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources.
The Pass Christian Board of
Aldermen recognized and

for its achievement in being

district, the highest level possible under new state rankings, in South Mississippi.
The featured artwork was

counties.
Art by Sofia Aderer, a student at Coast Episcopal
School, will be featured in
January. The May scene
was created by Gabrielle
Johnson, a student at Pass
Christian Middle School.
December features art by
Richard Alarcon, also a student at Coast Episcopal.
