The Providence Catholic Girls Basketball program will be hosting a Celtic Strike Bowling Bash fundraiser
on Sunday, November 15th from 4pm-7pm. Attached you will find a flyer along with the sponsorship
form. The event will give us time for team bonding and dining, as well as the opportunity to raise funds
for the program. Proceeds from the evening will be used to purchase Krossover game video analysis for
the season, shooting analysis basketballs and net, team game socks, practice shorts and reversible
practice jerseys. All monies raised will be for the betterment of our Girls Basketball program!
Our Bowling Committee is asking each family to help out in the following ways:





Participate in the bowling fundraiser with your daughter
o For $25 you will get two hours of bowling and a great dinner buffet
Encourage other family members and/or friends to participate in the fundraiser
Donate or secure items for our themed basket table or silent auction
Sponsor a bowling lane and/or be an event sponsor
Secure sponsorships from local businesses/organizations in our community
With your help and participation, I’m confident we will not only have fun, but have a successful night for
our program!

Dear Friend,
Providence Catholic High School Girls Basketball Program will be hosting their Celtic Strike Bowling Bash
Fundraiser on Sunday, November 15, 2015. The Bowling Bash will take place at Orland Bowl in Orland
Park from 4-7pm. Proceeds from the event will go towards game video analysis for the season, shooting
analysis basketballs and nets, and other outside program costs.
On behalf of the school and the athletic program, we are asking you to support this event in any of the
following ways:
 Be a Lane Sponsor
 Be a Food & Beverage Sponsor
 Be an Event Sponsor
 Donate a raffle items for silent auction or baskets
 Come bowl!
We can arrange to have a committee member pick up any items you wish to donate.
While you consider giving to Providence Catholic Girls Basketball Program, please know that the girls
believe in giving back to their community. Last Thanksgiving the team gathered toiletries and hygiene
items for a local shelter. The Providence Coaching staff provides a free coaching clinic for the local
community coaches every season. The team is also proud to have received the IHSA Team Academic
Achievement Award with a 3.58 cumulative team gpa during the 2014-15 season. They accomplished all
this while graduating 10 seniors and accomplishing a 20-win season!
