AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO CONSTRUCT A
FIVE (5 1 ) FOOT DECORATIVE CYPRESS FENCE WITH LANDSCAPING
ON THE NORTH CORNER OF LOT LOCATED AT 2592 - 13TH STREET
NORTH, NAPLES, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS THE
SOUTH 130 FEET OF THE NORTH 160 FEET OF THE WEST 75 FEET OF
THE EAST 570 FEET OF LOT 88, NAPLES IMPROVEMENT COMPANY'S
LITTLE FARMS, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2,
PAGE 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, on June 21, 1974, a Petition was received
for a special exception to construct a five (5')
foot decorative cypress fence with landscaping
on the North corner of the lot located at
2592 - 13th Street North, Naples, Florida; and
WHEREAS, a joint Public Hearing was held by the Planning
Advisory Board and City Council on August 7,
1974 to consider said Petition; and
WHEREAS, following said Public Hearing, the Planning
Advisory Board recommended that the Petition be
approved and the City Council unanimously accepted
said recommendation, with one member of Council
being absent;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City
of Naples, Florida:
SECTION 1. That a special exception is hereby granted to
construct a five (5') foot decorative cypress
fence with landscaping on the north corner of
lot located at 2592 - 13th Street North, Naples,
Florida, more particularly described as the
South 130 feet of the North 160 feet of the West
75 feet of the East 570 feet of Lot 88, Naples
Improvement Company's Little Farms, according
to plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 2, Public
Records of Collier County, Florida.
SECTION 2.
That said special exception is granted in accordance
with the plan submitted by Petitioner and a copy
thereof shall be maintained in the office of the
Building Official. Building permits granted shall
be in accordance therewith.
SECTION 3.
The granting of this special exception applies
only to land use and the type of construction and
setbacks shall conform to the present zoning
and building requirements of the City of Naples.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
adoption at second reading.
