DAY 1: USA / SPAIN (Saturday)

Fly through the night to Málaga.
DAY 2: MÁLAGA / GRANADA (Sunday)



Bienvenido a España! Your Spanish Forum Tour Manager will greet you at the
airport in Málaga and remain with your group for the duration of your trip.
Board your private bus to Granada.
Dinner and night accommodation in Granada.
DAY 3: GRANADA (Monday)






Today after breakfast, visit the magnificent Alhambra. Enjoy a guided tour through
the Alcazaba (the fort), the Generalife (gardens), Charles V’s Palace, and the Nasrid
Palaces.
Have some free time for lunch.
This afternoon, explore the Albaycin quarter, across the gorge from la Alhambra.
Walk up through “la calle de las teterias” up to the Mirador San Nicolas. Enjoy the
amazing view of the Alhambra palace and the Sierra Nevada Mountains in the
distance.
Enjoy dinner with your group at a local restaurant.
Overnight accommodation in Granada.
DAY 4: GRANADA / CÓRDOBA / SEVILLA (Tuesday)




After breakfast at your hotel, board your motor coach to Córdoba, one of the greatest
centers of art, culture and learning in the Western World during the Middle Ages
Meet your local guide and visit the fabulous Mezquita, an 8th century Mosque and
one of the most beautiful examples of Spanish Muslim art.
Then visit of the Jewish Quarter and the Synagogue.
Later in the afternoon, continue to Sevilla for dinner and night accommodation.
DAY 5: SEVILLA / MADRID (Wednesday)






After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a guided tour of Sevilla. You’ll have the
opportunity to admire the Alcazar, a fortress built by the Moors. Then visit the
Cathedral, the largest Gothic building in Europe. Also see La Giralda, a minaret
built in the 12th century and La Plaza de España.
Then, pick-up your bags and grab a quick lunch before you transfer by private bus
to the train station.
Catch the AVE-high speed train to Madrid.
On arrival, drop your bags at your hotel and follow your Tour Manager on a walking
tour of Old Madrid. Explore the 16th and 17th century narrow streets around the
famous Plaza Mayor and the Puerta del Sol - the official center of Spain.
Enjoy dinner with your group at a local restaurant.
Overnight accommodation in Madrid.
DAY 6: MADRID (Thursday)





After breakfast, meet your local guide and visit the Museo Nacional del Prado. The
Prado is one of the most important museums of the world. See masterpieces by Goya
and Velazquez, including Las Meninas: considered by some art historians to be the
greatest painting ever created.
Free time for lunch in the Parque del Retiro, a park initially intended as a playground
for royalty.
This afternoon, visit the Royal Palace - an immense 18th century palace twice the
size of Buckingham Palace and one of the most beautiful in Europe.
Later, learn how to prepare some of Spain’s most typical meals while participating in
a Cooking class! Take care of what you cook - this will be your dinner!
Overnight accommodation in Madrid.
DAY 7: MADRID (Friday)




After breakfast at your hotel, get ready to participate in a rally game of old Madrid!
Then, enjoy a visit of Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, home of the world-famous
soccer team Real Madrid.
The remainder of the afternoon is free to catch up on last minute souvenir shopping
and to discover the city at your own pace.
This evening, enjoy a Flamenco dinner show for your farewell meal!
DAY 8: DEPART (Saturday)

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your return flight home.
