reason, we are recruiting a Latin American Business Development Manager for our international Business Unit – Channel.
Main responsibilities









Lead, plan and implement the Latin American Business Development strategy.
Direct generation and contact with key distributors and direct customers on the assigned area.
Define and, after approval, execute the Annual Channel Business Development Plan for the Latin American
region (commercial segmentation and strategies to follow, annual quantitative plan).
Manage and maintain the current distributors and select new ones.
Lead generation, through direct customers and channel.
Follow-up of opportunities through ToolsGroup CRM.
Proposal and offers to be presented to direct customers, as well as help Distributors on their offer processes.
Negotiation of licensees and services as well as preparation of contracts.
Close coordination with the pre-sales consultant team.
Requirements










At least 4 years’ experience in Industrial/IT Business Development / Consulting.
Deep experience with Latin American partners.
Highly desirable previous experience in the Supply Chain industry; as well as knowledge of supply chain planning,
fundamentals and concept.
Master/University degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Proficiency level of English and Spanish is a must.
High energetic person with can-do attitude, initiative and resilience.
Learning attitude towards new products/services in ToolsGroup and competitors.
Continuous improvement / organised mind-set.
Flexibility and able to adapt quickly to new environments.
