a. Brats not all in yet, but income over $4000.

President’s Report – Katie Carter
a. We need written reports for the District Governor’s visit. They should include plans and goals. Meeting 12/15
at 10:15.
b. The trip to the Nogales Boys Orphanage; they bought 12 jackets. Keep this place in mind for a district grant.

President-elect Report – Andy Heideman
a. The GVR facility will be free. We should name them as co-sponsor (and do that for other events as well). And
can we get them to sponsor the Wine Tasting?

President-nominee Report – Julie Reppenhagen
a. Handed out admin structure document, preliminary version.
Projects – Dick Roberts
a. Salvation Army bell-ringing signups are done.
b. We collected $570 for the GVAS family.
c. Clothes for kids will be December 12, will start signups by December 1.
d. We received the plaque we’re giving for the Sheriff Recognition.
Other Business –
a. At the Holiday Party, do we buy dinner for the band? Consensus, no.
b. For the party we’ll sell chances on the center pieces and play a game during dinner.
c. Goober guys project with 2nd graders is on track and doing well.
d. AZ Family restaurant will partner with us for the Winefest, event on April 9.
e. Charlie reported setup for the name tags will be $40, then badges will be $9.95 each.
f. Should we make Jim Nelson an honorary member? Issue tabled.
g. December 2fer Tuesday will be at Max’s Pub.
h. We’ll send Interact $50 for their help at the Brats cookout, and thanks to the scholarship student who helped out.
