Walk description
Come and explore 250 years of Birmingham, taking the quiet route. The walk will follow
canals in an arc around the north side of the City, including a diversion into the Jewellery
Quarter. Look out for where precious metals are verified, plastic was invented and where
a king was held together, 2 universities and the oldest building of its kind in the world.
After the walk there will be an opportunity to descend into the vaults for a drink.
If you are travelling directly to the start of a walk and not meeting at Castle Bromwich, please let
the walk leader know.
